As Corporate Principal of the Concord Companies, Mr. Fischette is responsible for operations, finance and marketing as well as hands-on management of all employees. In 1980, he graduated from Rutgers University and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.  He is a registered Professional Engineer and a Certified GeoExchange Designer (CGD).

Experience History:  Mr. Fischette has been in responsible charge for over fifty (50) geothermal HVAC systems, many in operation since 1993.  Throughout his career he has focused on innovative mechanical and electrical solutions to energy efficiency, including central chiller plants, gas cooling and dehumidification demand control ventilation(CO2) and Energy Master Plans.

He has also been responsible for over fifty (50)mW of onsite generation projects, involving combined heat and power, Solar PV, landfill energy power plants, and Demand Response Generation projects.

Key projects; Marina Energy Thermal Plant supplying energy to the Borgata Casino, Burlington County landfill power project, Essex Correctional Facility CHP plant, Rowan University Energy Master Plan and Central Utilities Plant Design, Trump Properties Energy Performance Contracts and Cape May County Energy Master Plan.
